Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid
Red · Black interior · Gloss
The Panamera is Porsche's argument that a four-door can still be a Porsche, and it mostly wins: low, wide and far quicker through a corner than something this size should be. As the 4 E-Hybrid it adds all-wheel drive and a plug-in system that can slip through town on electricity alone. Red over black makes it read as a sports car first and a sedan second.

What makes it special
- Plug-in hybrid powertrain: near-silent in town, then the combustion engine joins in without you asking
- All-wheel drive traction plus four doors — the one to take when three other people are coming
- A driving position and dashboard that come straight from Porsche's sports cars, not from a limousine
Worth knowing
The Panamera was Porsche's first four-door sedan when it arrived in 2009, and its name comes from the Carrera Panamericana — the same Mexican road race that gave the Carrera its name.
