FAQ
How renting with Flyby Exotics works today. Anything not answered here, ask our team when they review your request.
Requests & booking
How do I request a vehicle?
Browse the fleet, open the car you like and choose Inquire. That opens the request form, where you enter your dates, times, pickup and drop-off preferences and contact details.
Does submitting a request reserve the car?
No. A request is an inquiry only. The vehicle stays available to others until our team confirms your reservation directly with you.
How do I get a quote?
We don't publish rates. Send your dates and trip details and our team puts together a quote for that specific rental when they review your request.
Can I inquire before creating an account?
Yes. The first request needs no account. You only create one afterwards, to track the request and to send licence and insurance documents securely.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Only when a member of our team tells you it is, and the request shows Confirmed in your portal. Nothing books automatically.
Can I request delivery or a different return location?
Yes — choose the delivery option or a different drop-off point on the request form and add the address. Delivery and alternate locations are requests, and are subject to approval by our team.
How do I ask to change or cancel a request?
Send a new request with your existing reference number in the notes, or reply to whoever contacted you about it. There's no self-service change or cancel button yet.
Chauffeur service
How do I inquire about a chauffeured trip?
Use the chauffeur request form at /chauffeur. Tell us the date, pickup time, pickup point, destination, and how many passengers. It's an inquiry, not a booking — nothing is reserved until our team confirms it with you.
Do chauffeur passengers upload a licence and insurance?
No. A driver's licence and personal auto insurance are only required for self-drive rentals. Chauffeur requests don't ask for either.
Can I add stops or send flight details?
Yes — both are optional fields on the chauffeur form. Add flight details for an airport pickup and list any stops you'd like us to plan around. These are requests, subject to confirmation.
Where do I check a chauffeur request?
In the customer portal, alongside any self-drive requests, labelled as chauffeur service. You get an email receipt with your reference number when you send the request; our team then contacts you directly, and the portal shows progress.
Who drives?
Our own in-house drivers — we don't hand chauffeur trips to an outside company.
Which vehicles can be chauffeured?
Our large SUVs and luxury sedans. Tell us which one you had in mind on the form and our team confirms what's available for your date.
What hours and what area?
We take chauffeur requests 24/7 and cover the Arizona valley. Send your plans and our team confirms the details with you.
Is there a passenger or luggage limit?
It depends on the vehicle, and we can send a second vehicle when a group needs more room. Give us your passenger and luggage numbers and we'll work it out with you.
Account & documents
Why do I need an account and a verified email?
Your account is where your requests and documents live. We confirm the email address first so a request and a licence can only ever be linked to the person who actually owns that address.
What if my verification email doesn't arrive?
Check your spam or junk folder, then check the address you typed. You can send the link again from the sign-in page or your portal once the short cooldown shown on the button has passed. If it still doesn't arrive, send a rental request with a note about it and we'll sort it out with you.
How do I reset my password?
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link.
Which licence and insurance documents are requested?
Your driver's licence front and back and your personal auto insurance card, plus the issuing state or country and expiry dates. There's also a slot for additional proof of coverage if our team asks for it.
Does uploading insurance mean I'm approved?
No. Uploading a document doesn't establish that it's valid, that you're eligible, or that your policy covers the rental. Our team reviews every document by hand.
What happens if a document is expired or rejected?
The document shows as rejected or needing replacement in your portal, with a short note where our team left one. Upload a new copy and it goes back for review.
Can I replace a document?
Yes, any time — upload a new file into the same slot. The earlier copy moves into your document history so the original review record stays intact.
Can I see my previous requests in my account?
Yes. Your portal lists every request linked to your verified email address, past and current, with its reference and status.
Who can see my documents?
You, and the authorised staff reviewing your rental. Files are kept in private storage, opened only through short-lived links, and are never sent by email or text. We check the file type on our servers, but we don't run antivirus scanning on uploads.
Status & contact
Where do I check my request status?
In your customer portal. Each request shows its reference, vehicle, dates and current status.
What do the statuses mean?
- New — received, not yet reviewed.
- Awaiting Documents — we need your licence or insurance.
- Under Review — our team is checking the request and documents.
- Contacted — we've reached out to you.
- Confirmed — the reservation is agreed.
- Declined or Cancelled — the request isn't going ahead.
Will I get an email or text after I send a request?
You get an email receipt with your reference number as soon as you send a request. That receipt confirms we received it — it isn't a booking confirmation. Our team confirms bookings directly with you, and your portal shows the current status. There are no automatic text messages.
How do I contact the team about my request?
Call us on (262) 955-3940 — we're reachable 24/7. You can also reply to whoever contacted you, or send a request with your reference number in the notes.
